For April 14, 2017 Euler is a software package of the automated dynamic analysis of multicomponent mechanical systems. It is intended for job analysis of the mechanical systems including difficult kinematics, big movements, tough and deformable structural elements, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, management systems and other components.

In the software package Euler the original technology of the automated dynamic analysis of multicomponent mechanical systems is implemented.

In comparison with traditional approach to a research of dynamics of complex mechanical systems at which "manual" formation of the equations and their programming, technology of the automated dynamic analysis is made provides repeated reduction of time of creation of dynamic models of difficult objects and high flexibility on their reconfiguration.

The software package Euler can be applied at design, working off, tests and operational development of different products, in scientific and application studies, in learning process. Engineers, scientists and students of different branches of science and the industry can use a software package. Use of a software package allows to obtain on early blueprint stages reliable information about behavior and power loadings in the created products.

It is possible to define characteristics of work of the new systems by mathematical models, to optimize their parameters and to carry out contrastive analysis of different options of construction. The software package EULER also allows to conduct quickly researches of the emergency situations arising in use the existing systems. As a result, development terms are reduced, the volume of development tests significantly decreases, product quality increases and costs for their creation decrease.

The software package EULER can be used for modeling of kinematics and dynamic behavior of the most different mechanical systems. It can be the simplest mechanisms and complex systems, for example, the car or the compound road train, the airplane, a rocket or the revealing space antenna. The modelled systems can include tough and deformable structural elements, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, management systems and other components.

As initial data for formation of models in Euler information is used:

  • Geometrical and mass and inertial characteristics. Geometrical models, including mass and inertial characteristics, can be created directly in Euler or are imported from a CAD system. Models of deformable constructions are imported from the software packages implementing the finite-element method (FEM).
  • Types and characteristics of the mechanical communications connecting parts of a mechanical system.
  • Characteristics of power interactions between parts of a mechanical system and interactions of parts with the external environment.

As a result of carrying out calculation in Euler the following characteristics can be received.

  • Kinematic parameters of the movement of any characteristic points of the studied mechanical system (linear/angular data, speeds, accelerations).
  • Forces operating on a part of a mechanical system from kinematic communications (hinges) and power elements (springs, shock-absorbers, the external environment, etc.).
  • Necessary corrective actions at the movement of the studied system on the set program.

In the software package Euler different researches of the modelled mechanical systems can be conducted. In particular, the following calculations can be executed.

  • Calculation of a trajectory of provisions.
  • Calculation of the dynamic movement.
  • Parametrical analysis.
  • Optimization of parameters of the studied system.
  • Solution of boundary value problems.
  • Research Monte-Carlo method.

The software package Euler has the developed means of documentation of the received results:

  • transfer of images, diagrams, tables in other applications,
  • creation of the standard AVI files displaying the movement of the modelled system, etc.
