2025: Purchase of the chain of stores "Paints. House of the Painter "

A large Russian manufacturer of paints and varnishes, Lacra Sintez, has invested in the retail business. The company bought out the network "Paints. House of the Painter, "with more than 60 shops. The sole owner of OOO "Warehouse of Paints," the main legal entity of the network "Paints. House of the painter, "became Inmakso-Lacra LLC. 2024

Purchase of Russian business Flint Group

The Russian company Lacra Sintez, one of the leading manufacturers of paints and varnishes in the country, has completed the acquisition of the Russian division of the international company Flint Group. This became known in August 2024. The transaction included the purchase of a plant in the Kaluga region specializing in the production of paints for packaging, which confirms the desire of Lacra Sintez to strengthen its position in the domestic LKM market.
