Content

On April 17, 2017 the Axelot company announced automation of a warehouse of Lakra group.

What is made:

  • Automated management of all standard technology transactions in a warehouse, including inventory  and repacking
  • Integration of WMS  about "1C: Trade Management" by means of   DATAREON ESB is performed
  • 10 stationary and 40 mobile jobs are automated.

Project Tasks

Transition to more modern automation system of a warehouse conforming to requirements of business became a key project task.

Choosing a Solution

Over time used in the warehouse "Lakra" WMS system ceased to meet the growing requirements of business therefore the company management made the decision on implementation of more modern and productive software solution having wide functionality. The choice was stopped on a product "1C:Enterprise 8. WMS Logistics. Management of a warehouse", and for project implementation specialists of Axelot were invited.

Project Progress

All conventional technology processes of warehouse processing of goods and also carrying out inventories and repackings were optimized. 10 stationary and 40 mobile jobs are automated.

Within the project integration of the WMS system about "1C: Trade Management", was performed by a corporate information system of the company. The service data bus Axelot Datareon ESB became technology of integration.

Project Results

According to the results of the project the Lakra company received not only updating and expansion of functionality of WMS, but also harmonious information exchange between the used systems which increased the speed and efficiency of acceptance of the management decisions concerning functioning of a warehouse. Performance of work of a warehouse significantly increased.
