On April 19, 2017 the KRUG scientific and production firm announced the project of modernization of an APCS of the AVT installation at the Krasnodar oil refinery.
Project Tasks
Need of upgrade of the APCS functioning under management SCADA KRUG-2000 is caused by integration into the system of the P-2/1 furnace and reduction of a management system and antiabnormal protection to requirements of present rules and regulations.
Project Progress
Works are carried out within the "Modernisation of Network of Gas Consumption of the P-2/1 Furnace of the AVT Installation" project:
- add-on modules of input-output in cabinets of RSU and PAZ are added,
- symbolic circuits are developed,
- installation and commissioning is performed.
Project Results
Reorganization of an APCS provided:
- upgrade of the acting system PAZ on the basis of the relay equipment using microprocessor controllers
- reliability augmentation and security of a system of protection:
- implementation of algorithms of situation analysis of a status of technology process,
- protection against false operation,
- use of cross schemes of protection and their duplication.
