Ah-FORS: Remsmed

For April 18, 2017 Remsmed is an information system of personal telemonitoring of patients.

The technology is presented in the portal form with the separated access for users. The portal stores state-of-health data of health of patients and the recommendation of doctors about their treatment.

The Remsmed system is focused on categories:

• patients with chronic diseases and also during rehabilitation;
• the patients of old age and business people who do not have an opportunity regularly to visit doctors.

  • personal medical diary;

  • the individual plan of treatment of the patient with automatically created list of necessary actions on days;

  • setup of an individual system of notifications on patients, at emergence of unforeseen situations;

Technologies

Remsmed consists of the client part providing services to users of a system, server part. As the client application the web browser is used that provides access for users to a System from any computer in the presence of connection to the Internet. All accumulated information is reliably stored in the uniform digital data warehouse. A system is organized on a technology platform of Oracle.

Mobile version

For increase in mobility of doctors and patients the version of Remsmed is developed for phones and tablet computers with operating systems iOS and Android. The application represents abbreviated call of functions of a system for doctors and patients:

• obtaining notifications,
• work with the list of appointments,
  • list of medical indicators,

• exchange of fast messages.

Integration into medical devices

The Remsmed system can receive in the automatic mode results of measurements of medical indicators from the devices and web services implemented by producers of medical hair partings. All acquired information gets to the general digital data warehouse on each patient. For April 18, 2017 integration of the Remsmed system with web services of Withings company is carried out.
