FieldOne is a cloud CRM product for the staff of exit services.

On April 20, 2017 the Navicon company announced cloud CRM for exit service maintenance.

The business application is created on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service platform with access to the Resco Mobile CRM tools and automates work of "field employees" of service companies - engineers and repair crews, managers and managers.

The functionality of the CRM system is finished taking into account specific needs of mobile service teams and engineers. In its structure instruments of automatic task allocation between contractors, drawing up schedules and routing of repair crews, control of their geolocation, predictive planning of service and resources.

Adapting the solution of vendor to needs of our clients, we make use of all long-term experience of Navicon in automation of removed personnel – in particular, in pharmaceutics we implement control systems of work of field medical representatives and their communications with clients. The business application is developed on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform which offers other ideology of delivery of IT services to end users and is focused on work in a cloud environment. It will allow to use the solution even to small players of the industry markets for a moderate payment.

Analytical tools of the solution FieldOne help to automate work of contractors on procedural service, and for managers and managers considerably simplify and accelerate development of optimal routes and check of results.

Routine technical transactions are observed by a system and terms of operation of managers with addresses and requests for service maintenance are reduced. At the same time FieldOne automates work of planning managers and to accounting of supplies, spare parts, material resources. A system helps with calculation of cost of the performed works.

Field employees receive "office office": a system automatically builds the optimal working schedule of technical specialists and step by step explains the course of accomplishment of the task set for them. The list of tasks is formalized on maintenance, repair and according to regulations of customer interaction: the contact person, a pass method is specified an object, other information, useful to the contractor.

Each task breaks into the separate actions which are not attached to the specific contractor. Users can use the navigator, corporate information base, technical instructions, reporting tools from any device, including mobile. For example, if spare and replacement parts were required, the engineer can check their existence in a warehouse and in the official car.
