Activities of directorate for development of lean production in JSC Aviastar-SP allow to save many budgetary funds of the enterprise. According to the results of the implemented actions of 2016 this digit reached more than 800 million rubles that[1] is 300 million more than appropriate level of 2015[2].
According to the diagram, it is going to increase efficiency of divisions where labor productivity "limps". As a result of the analysis which is carried out at the plant it is revealed that now intra replaceable losses reach 20%. A part of problems are connected with the equipment and lack of the entering parts. And to increase performance and to hand over component parts in time, it is necessary to pay attention to work of certain workshops.
Besides, in 2017 work on cost reduction is continued: according to the program it is going to save more than 500 million rubles. Successful results are brought also by implementation of improvement suggestions and offers with economic effect. Achievement for 2016 in this direction – benefit more than 40 million rubles (for 2015 this digit made more than 34 million). Of course, here everything depends on the creative potential of people and their progressive ideas. On speed of implementation and economy Anton Ryskin selects with one of the best offers of 2016 the idea of the lathe turner of c.250 Malika Hamatnurova. At production of titanic rings for the thrust reverser it managed to do of one procurement not one, but two rings. This offer was implemented in January, 2017. Economy made 1 million 400 thousand rubles.
