"Camp" implemented a management system for the normative reference information

On April 24, 2017 the B2B-Center company announced start cloud technology for management of the normative reference information about logistic purchases of Stan company.

B2B-Center created the reference book, uniform for all manufacturing enterprises of customer company, of the purchased logistics services on ETP. It considers more than ten key parameters of transportation:

• place of loading,
• direction of transportation,
• type of transport,
• features of a load, etc.

The reference book allows to describe and buy on ETP difficult routes of transportations with several places of loading and unloading of transport, to create uniform descriptions of services, in the automatic mode.

On the basis of the reference book specialists of customer company can automatically announce and carry out parametrical purchases in which the choice of suppliers happens at the price and its optimal combination to parameters of services. At the same time there is an opportunity to enter the required parameters of services demanding separate confirmation from the participant. It is a guarantee that important requirements will not remain unnoticed suppliers. At submission of the offer participants can independently fill a part of variable parameters of future transportation in those biddings where it is necessary.

The company began to carry out purchases electronically in 2015. Creation of the reference book of logistics services is the pilot project directed to further structurization of purchasing activity. We tested systems capabilities based on JSC Stankotekh (The Moscow region, Kolomna), we put it into trial operation on Ryazan Stankozavod. Until the end of the year we are going to implement the reference book for carrying out purchases of five remained enterprises of group. The cloud reference book allows to provide integrity and relevance of data on purchases, to exclude double accounting of positions, to minimize a possibility of errors because of a human factor and also to conduct operating control of each purchase of any of the enterprises of holding. Besides, especially for the reference book of STAN company we developed the system of notifications of users and moderators which allows to coordinate and coordinate in the online mode work with the reference book for specialists who are in six cities of Russia.
