In the Crimea will expand functionality of the Control IC with project activity

In April, 2017, it became known that a framework of the planned works the staff of Proyektnaya praktika Group will unroll 3 and will finish 11 existing modules of an information system. As a result the feature set available to users will extend, and effective project implementation of development of the Republic of Crimea will be provided.

Automated information system of management of project activity of the Republic of Crimea was created at the end of 2016.

Development of an information system is caused by a variety of reasons:

• need of scaling of a system on municipal level;
• development and making changes in regulatory legal acts in management of project activity of IOGV of the Republic of Crimea;
• gradual increase in number of the users who are once working in a system and the amount of the processed information.

Experts of Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Group will provide upgrade of 11 main modules and will develop 3 new. Among significant completions there will be modules which will provide an opportunity:

• creations of project initiatives at the level of municipalities and also support of process of consideration, approval and the statement of project initiatives in profile IOGV of the Republic of Crimea (with the subsequent creation of the corresponding projects);
• formation and monitoring of accomplishment the check sheets on control points of the projects allowing to automate process of approval of the received project deliverables;
• monitoring of execution of plans for financing of state programs and also projects and actions within state programs.

It is expected that the updated information system will allow to accelerate planning processes and collection of data on execution of projects for development of the Republic of Crimea, to reduce labor input of work with big arrays of reporting documents, will increase the level of interdepartmental interaction, will provide additional analytical opportunities to users.

The Republic of Crimea started system implementation of management of project activity (SUPD) in executive bodies of the government in December, 2016: then the basic methodology of SUPD was developed and approved, the Project office is organized, the information management system by project activity based on the domestic platform of PM "Foresight" is implemented, training of government employees in bases of project management is provided. Completely it is going to implement SUPD in the Republic of Crimea by the end of 2017. This year serious work on its development in which the essential block of tasks will be solved with involvement of experts of Proyektnaya praktika Group is already started.
