RONIN Trust passed to the XBRL format with the help Homnet Consulting

2018: Transition to the reporting in the XBRL format

On June 27, 2018 it became known that in the company"RONIN Trust" the project on ensuring submission of reports in CENTRAL BANK "by the button" using solutions XOMHET:XBRL+ is complete XOMHET:NFO.

Project Tasks

When choosing the Contractor availability of the ready-made solution at vendor and existence of resources which would allow us to start delivery of the regulated reporting in the terms determined in the legislation was important for transition to XBRL to us. At making decision on acquisition of software, among other things, for us existence of various options of downloading data from the different accounting systems which both are industrially made, and written by specialists of the company was important. Project Progress

The solution "Homnet XBRL" is developed by specialists of Homnet Group based on the 1C: Enterprise platform and comprises the following industry functionality:

• Mechanisms of work with taxonomy of NFO developed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (loading, storage, viewing, check mechanisms, a task of own parameters and rules)
• Preparation and aggregation of data (taxonomy parameter values) for the reporting of NFO in the XBRL format by different methods:
  • automatically from the Homnet NFO 2.0 system (inventory data on EPS)
  • via interfaces of integration (API) with external systems
  • via interfaces of manual entry

Project Results

Within the project the following functions are automated:

• Work with taxonomy
• Data loading from the different systems in different formats (xbrl, csv)
• Validation of data on rules of taxonomy of the Central Bank
• Technology data validation
• Formation of a packet of the reporting according to taxonomy of the Central Bank

Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program is performed, consultation on technical issues of work with the program is performed. The agreement of maintenance is issued.

2017: Accounting system implementation based on "Homnet: NFO"

On April 28, 2017 the Homnet Consulting company announced system implementation of accounting and preparation of the reporting on EPS in RONIN Trust company.

Asset management of institutional investors, JSC RONIN Trust (2017)

For implementation of Provisions of the Bank of Russia the management company purchased the specialized solution of "HOMNET:NFO 2".

Specialists of RONIN Trust perform implementation of the main solution modules independently, with consulting support of experts Homnet Consulting.

Project Tasks

Need for preparation of financial (accounting) statements according to industry standards arose in connection with changes in the legislation. Submission of the first obligatory reporting under standards for professional participants of security market should be prepared according to the results of the first quarter 2017 by 6/30/2017. Since 2018 submission of reports in the EPS format becomes unique.

For fulfillment of requirements of the UK regulator RONIN Trust selected technology of the company Homnet Consulting - "HOMNET: NFO".

Project Progress

The project in UK "RONIN Trust" is executed on technology of fast start, meaning start of a system by the Customer's forces under the supervision of vendor within expanded support.

Within the project the accounting system on OSBU is built in the operating customer's IT landscape:

• during 2017 primary accounting documents will be transferred from an accounting system under RAS to "HOMNET:NFO" (accounting on OSBU).
• since January 1, 2018 primary documents will be brought in "HOMNET:NFO".
• synchronization of data transfer on reflection of the salary from 1C: Payroll and HR Management in "HOMNET:NFO" is configured.
• from the front office and back office systems of the Customer processes of data transfer on trust management and broker transactions are configured.

Project Results

In a project deliverable the unified information system for accounting and preparation of the reporting on EPS and formation of the test reporting for providing in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the first and second quarters 2017 is created.
