Within the import substitution program we solve a problem of cyber defense of the crucial infrastructures which are responsible for life support of localities and the state in general. It is no secret that many foreign samples of ADP equipment contain the covert channels allowing to remove secretly information far off to affect operability of systems, to put them out of action and even to create emergency situations. As opposed to them a system where electronic components, construction, the software — all Russian is created. It guarantees the high level of cyber security of software and hardware tools and allows to use such equipment for the solution of especially responsible tasks.
