On April 25, 2017 Rocketbank announced implementation of record of all communication with clients for service quality improvement. The solution is implemented based on the VoxImplant platform.

Now the representative will be able to contact the client, without leaving mobile application – thanks to the built-in function of an audiocall. Earlier the representative had to dial the customer number manually.

Implementation of audiocalls helped bank to control better representatives and eventually to improve customer service. Right after the conversation record gets in CRM bank.

Masking of number does communication for both parties safer, and for the company – is more transparent. In the application the representative sees only the button for a call. The client, receiving a call, – number of contact center of bank. The call proceeding from the representative works by the principle of a call back: having received a signal from the application, VoxImplant calls on cellular numbers of the bank representative and client, and connects them.
