Business intelligence and KPI

The product "Business Intelligence and KPI" is intended for monitoring and the analysis of indicators of the enterprise, for consolidation and data analysis from different sources of the enterprise, including:

• any databases "1C:Enterprise 8";
• information from e-mail;
• attendance of websites (through Yandex. Metrics).

On the data consolidated in the program creation of indicators of KPI, including the settlement indicators integrating in themselves data from different sources is possible. For example, it is possible to construct the indicator showing change of attendance of the website and change of shipments in base 1C: Accounting 8.

In the program there is also scenario planning of measure values. Thus the program can be used not only for the analysis of the current situation, but also for planning and tracking of accomplishment of plans.

Several indicators can be integrated for calculation of efficiency of any control object, for example, of branch, division or the specific employee.

The program also allows to reduce automatically records of similar elements of reference books from different databases in uniform analytics.

In addition in the program the mechanism of monitoring of users on an e-mail about an exit of controlled indicators of KPI for the set lower and upper bounds is implemented.

The configuration is not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.9 for its work.

The program is delivered with completely open program code, licensing does not depend on the number of users and control objects.
