Monastery. Automatic telephone exchange - a monitoring system and the analysis of telephone traffic of geographically distributed communication networks.

On May 4, 2017 the Globus-Telecom company provided a software technology of collecting, storage and complex information analysis about telephone traffic.

The product helps the customer with the problem resolution, arising at customer interaction, employees and telecom operators. A system provides the automated support of planning process of communication expenses, internal security of organization/department, quickly detects and prevents fraud cases with telephone traffic.

The software product reveals errors in work of telecommunication infrastructure, controls availability of phone numbers and operability of communication lines, quality of provision of services of call centers, load of "hot lines". With its help perhaps position fixes of subscribers and visualization of inclination of telephone traffic on the card.

By means of an integration bus the software product is compatible to any telecommunication equipment fixing data on the executed telephone calls. Analytical these systems form in the mode close to real time - in process of creation of log files by telephone exchange. It helps with acceptance of management decisions.

Three methods of deployment the Monastery are available. Automatic telephone exchange:

  • server execution – is established on the server of the organization user and is connected to telephone exchanges of the user;
  • cloud execution – is established on the server of the contractor and obtains data from telephone exchanges of the user;
  • virtual execution – is established on the server of the contractor and uses as primary information data of the telecom operator (available only to clients of Globus-Telecom Ltd).
