Polymatica and HandySoft: A system for work with data of applications on 1C: Enterprise

An analytical system for work with data of applications on 1C: Enterprise platform - technology for work with given programs of accounting and management accounting, CRM and ERP systems, applications on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform and other information systems providing API for access to the stored data.

On May 4, 2017 Polymatica Rus companies and HandySoft company announced signing of the partnership agreement within which creation of an analytical system for work with given business and management accounting systems, CRM and EPR, applications, other information systems providing API interfaces is announced.

Creating an analytical system partners is going to use a modular solution architecture.

At the initial stage will be included in structure of the solution:

• the module ETL for receiving, processing and data loading,
• The BI module - for the analysis, visualization and a research of data arrays.

The module ETL will be created on the platform of a product "by HandySoft: Management of the corporate data warehouse (ETL)", the BI module – on the basis of technologies OLAP and Data Mining of Polymatica Rus company, using computing opportunities of the analytical server of Polymatica.

Administrators of systems on the 1C: Enterprise platform in the companies will have an opportunity means of the platform to collect data from different sources, to create analytical data marts. Business users of the solution will receive an analytical system, with functionality of advanced pivot tables, tools for interactive data visualization and reporting and also methods of predictive analytics and a deep research of data.

Exit of an analytical system is planned for the end of July, 2017.

As a rule, if in the project on implementation of the BI solution it is necessary to execute integration with internal information systems or programs of accounting and management accounting, then this stage has significant effect on final project cost, requires additional time expenditure and, often, development of separate applications or software modules. In our solution loading processes, enrichments and ensuring quality of data will be implemented already at the level of accounting programs and information systems at the expense of a possibility of flexible configuration of the module ETL developed by our partner, HandySoft company.
