Interyunis automated document flow based on Docsvision

On May 4, 2017 the Interyunis company announced transition to electronic document management using the Docsvision platform. The project is implemented by BTLab company.

Project Tasks

Need of acceleration of search and document handling in the conditions of geographically distributed structure of the organization became premises to start the project. Besides, implementation of effective mechanisms of control of performing discipline was required. A choice of the platform for implementation of electronic document management was made based on detailed analytical comparison of several systems. Docsvision most conformed to requirements to the modern solution for the organization of electronic document management and business process automation.

Project Progress

During the project problems of document flow, key for Interyunis company, are automated: work with the entering and outgoing correspondence, organizational and administrative documents, agreements, memos, requests for payment. The solution is implemented by standard means – designers – Docsvision which allowed to adapt functionality of Docsvision for business processes Interyunis. In addition specialists of BTLab configured the Web client ("The easy client" was called earlier) and the E-mail client, allowing to work with the Docsvision system using the web browser and directly from the Microsoft Outlook e-mail client.

Project Results

In a project deliverable the structured storage of documents, uniform for all offices, with a possibility of quick search was organized, routing of documents is accelerated, the level of performing discipline is increased, risks of loss and unauthorized access to documents are minimized. Besides, thanks to wide use of templates document forms and processes of their processing were unified.
