History

2015

On November 10, 2015 the Charter, the full and abbreviated name of JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Kaluga are brought into accord with chapter regulations 4 part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (in the editorial office Federal Law of 5/5/2014).

New full trade name of society - Gazprom Gas Distribution Kaluga Joint-stock company, the new reduced trade name of society – JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Kaluga.

2013

On October 09, 2013 state registration of changes in constituent documents of JSC Kalugaoblgaz came to the end. According to the solution of extraordinary general shareholder meeting JSC Kalugaoblgaz, the brand name of Society is changed to JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Kaluga.

1999

In 1999 JSC Kalugaoblgaz logged in Gazprom.

1993

On December 12, 1993, according to the Decree of the Russian President No. 721, conversion of Kalugaoblgaz to JSC Kalugaoblgaz is made.

1964

Gradually gas won all new territories, progress in gasification of the region required expansion. And with respect thereto in 1964 production management of Kalugaoblgaz was created.

1954: Creation of the company

On August 1, 1954 according to the decision of Executive committee of the Kaluga city council of deputies of workers of July 28, 1954 the Kalugagorgaz trust on operation of gas economy of the city was organized. The city of Kaluga received gas among the first 50 cities of RSFSR. On November 21, 1954 in the city the first gas torch was lit. Residents of Kaluga celebrated this significant event a populous meeting on Paul Svoboda Street. The first gas was received by inhabitants of house No. 17 on Chicherin Street, and next day and inhabitants of house No. 13.

The gas service created in 1954 totaled 18 people, the equipment was represented by car "DODZH" 3/4, on balance there were 20 km of gas pipelines and 364 apartments.
