In AHML the information security system for 80 million rubles will be created

"Agency of Mortgage Housing Lending" (AMHL) selected the system developer of information security support. The new solution is intended for the data protection processed, transferred and which is stored in an information system of Uniform institute of development in the housing sphere (IC EIRZhS).

For 79.4 million rubles the company "Regioncom" will be engaged in creation of a system.^[1] it outstripped the companies in tender of AHML "Informzashita" and "Transdata" mainly at the expense of a bigger team of specialists of required qualification. At the same time, Informzashita offered the smaller cost of the contract, however it did not allow it to win purchase.

Main objective of the created system – data protection and also ensuring its confidentiality, integrity and availability in processing and storages in the IC EIRZhS. Besides, a new system should promote introduction to AHML of the mode on protection of a trade secret.

Technical solutions of a new system should be implemented by the imposed information security tools. Planned finish date of works – the 4th quarter 2017.

The IC EIRZhS includes the information systems and subsystems automating key business processes of EIRZhS, including, the platform of interaction of participants of mortgage market, the information management system risks, uniform settlement center, a personal account of the borrower, the unified information system, an electronic document management system, etc.
