The first stage of implementation of AS in Special equipment is completed

Within the first stage by September, 2017 limits of the project are defined and also the technical specifications on the 1st release of a system are approved.

Two automation objects entered the first release of AS: management of accomplishment of repairs and production management. Automation of these types of activity is directed to the solution of the main objective in the field of management of JSC Spetstekhnika ‒ timely execution of contract commitments.

Control of accomplishment of repairs by means of AS will be is exercised of two methods:

• by tracking of execution of operations of the passport of quality control;
• by tracking of accomplishment of nomenclature tasks.

Assorted production management will be conducted according to each order separately. The DSE list, necessary for release, will automatically form on the basis of structure of a product. The production and dispatching department will be able to control production of DSE and to take measures for their timely release, such as transfer of DSE on production in other workshop or an exit of production workers in 2 or 3 changes.

In addition to the listed automation objects limits of the project include material security management production and management of planned cost.

Tender on implementation of AS of resource management

Based on the open competition on execution of works on creation of an automated system "Resource management of the enterprise" in JSC Spetstekhnika held by JSC Spetstekhnika in May, 2017, Businessresheniye Group is selected by the contractor of the project.

Within the project automation of the following spheres of activity is provided:

• Cash management on checking accounts.
• Management of production costs.
• Inventory management, supply and purchases.
• Production management.
• Management of accomplishment of repairs.
• Regulation of productive consumption.
• Management of price-work dresses and calculation of salary of pieceworkers.

JSC Spetstekhnika is the enterprise of defense industry executing orders:

• on repair of the military and space equipment;
• on production of piece copies or small batches of the equipment or nodes on
• to orders of design offices or users of the equipment.

The enterprise provides 420 jobs, including 300 on production. The main part of employees is engaged at production on a piece-work pay.
