DCS Talk Analytics is a cloud service of speech analytics for contact centers of any size. The DCS Talk Analytics platform has functions of automatic thematic classification of a talk, the content analysis of a talk, the analysis of quality of interaction of operators with clients, estimates of an emotional status of the operator and the client, detection of signs of uncertainty of the speech of the operator and creation of reports.
DCS Talk Analytics assumes a possibility of fast integration with contact center (1-2 days), lack of capital costs, payment only for the processed amount of a talk and fast scalability. At such requirements use of IaaS is an optimal variant as there is a need of regular and operational scaling of infrastructure at connection of new contact centers. Cloud computing resources will give the chance of DC-SYSTEMS to lower own capital costs and not to create liquidity gaps due to compliance of tariffing of IaaS and services of service of speech analytics.
