On May 11, 2017 the Informkontakt consulting company announced an implementation project of Alfa System technology in IT infrastructure of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Instrument-making Plant.
Project Tasks
For effective management of purchases of Federal State Unitary Enterprise PSZ used possibilities of Alfa System.
The company should provide following to the principles:
- Justification – each procurement is conducted only under the created requirement.
- Traceability – an opportunity at any stage of purchase to see under what position of requirement, the production order material and at what stage of execution there is a purchase is purchased.
Implementation of these principles in a system allows to reduce unplanned purchases, to provide target consumption of materials and more exact execution of delivery time.
Project Progress
Interaction with the production system operating at the enterprise became one of important components of a project success of implementation of purchase management on Federal State Unitary Enterprise PSZ.
For exchange of data on required materials jointly with specialists of the enterprise the order of automatic information exchange is worked out, the gateway for receiving in a management system for purchases of data on the nomenclature list, characteristics and quantity of required resources, control of communication of the stated materials with the specific production order is configured. This gateway integrated a production system and a management system for purchases in a uniform information field.

The information system created as a result of joint efforts:
- quickly processes tens of thousands of positions of requirement;
- released time of staff of service of purchases spent for the analysis of changes;
- reduced influence of a human factor;
- increased workmanship of purchasing requests;
- cut down expenses on acquisition of raw materials and materials.
