CallTouch began Tarantool implementation

On May 11, 2017 it became known of implementation DBMS Tarantool as database in-memory in the company Calltouch.

Project Tasks

The customer is going to use Tarantool for storage of user queries and the address to them, increasing fault tolerance of the IT system of the company.

In process of growth of requests from clients to Calltouch service it was required to increase IT infrastructure capacities in proportion. The company selected Tarantool as DBMS effectively works with large volumes of data at the minimum requirements to technical and financial resources. Tarantool will allow to cope without increase in equipment expenses with the loading, by 50 times exceeding operating.

Calltouch is the developing technology company therefore we selected Tarantool which provides functionality and scalability and also allows to cut down storage expenses of data. Besides, we like a fast monitoring system of all incoming requests which is offered by Mail.Ru Group DBMS.

Tarantool was developed for operation in the conditions of high loads and difficult infrastructure. We are glad that Calltouch selected Tarantool: for the company high data processing rate and fault tolerance is basic, namely in such conditions our DBMS provides maximum efficiency and economy of resources.
