At the beginning of May, 2017 the Central district administration of logistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation announced a tender on delivery of anti-virus solutions. Within purchase department is going to buy exclusively Russian products from the register of domestic software for the total amount of 60 million rubles.[1]
The antivirus software regarding protection against the target attacks should have the license for 12 months. A system should work without transfer of any information out of the protected infrastructure. Besides, the possibility of conducting dynamic analysis of suspicious files in the isolated environment, regardless of a verdict of other components should be provided.
The delivery of a system should include licenses with the installation right to 2 thousand servers, 18 thousand agents for the automated jobs in the domain and 2 thousand agents for the automated jobs in an Internet segment.
A system should not make significant changes to work of users or any degradation of performance of networks. It should work in the mode, hidden, imperceptible for the user.
Concerning functionality, the anti-virus solution should analyze network traffic, verify authenticity of digital certificates and also copies mail and Proxy of traffic. In addition, problems of a system include the analysis of the transferred files, DNS queries, the IP and URL addresses.
The subsystem of dynamic analysis of suspicious objects should perform verification of each file in three operating systems once: Windows XP Windows 7 SP3 x86, x86 and Windows 7 x64.
The agents installed on the PC should not clash with antivirus software of other producers. All components of a system should have a possibility of installation in virtual environment.
Anti-virus solutions should be delivered till September 29, 2017.
The supplier of antiviruses will be defined on June 5, 2017.
