Teleperformance announced in May, 2017 start of own chat-bot based on artificial intelligence, having increased that portfolio of the services provided by the company. Strategic partnership with Artificial Solutions company – the company in the field of creation of artificial intelligence and technologies for interaction in "natural" language of communication (Natural Language Interaction) was an incitement to start of a new solution.
Teleperformance provides services in 265 languages and dialects, and from now on the solution using artificial intelligence in 35 languages meaning integration of the hi-tech chat-bot distinguishing "natural" language of communication and capable to answer the questions asked by a simple language was added to this range. The chat-bot can answer consumers the general questions on a product or service, thus automating customer service on one of supported languages. Teleperformance developed the unique solution which integrated technology and support by the "real" person to make processing of addresses of consumers consecutive, personalized and effective.
