On May 15, 2017 the Comparex company announced implementation of methodology of SoftCare for management of lifecycle of software in Evroavto.
Project Tasks
To the management of Evroavto, resolving tasks of quality improvement and performance in the company, the technology aimed at economy of means and reduction of labor costs of responsibles for redistribution of resources of the company on strategic tasks was required.
The main premises of a project startup are high labor costs of specialists of the purchasing departments and IT responsible for acquisition of the licensed software.
Project Progress
Specialists of the contractor proposed the solution for automation of the order of software and budgeting based on a system – COMPAREXonline and the concept of open pricing of OpenBook. The solution allows to make quickly the order of software through the automated portal where software cost taking into account a margin approved within open pricing is reflected. It allows to save time of employees on price analysis from different suppliers, receiving conditions and making out the order online.
Project Results
