Rosselkhozbank uses PayControl for security of transactions of clients in the RBS system

Rosselkhozbank implemented in systems mobile and Internet banking the software package PayControl of SafeTech company, the resident of an IT cluster of Skolkovo Foundation. The solution provides to clients of bank mechanisms for confirmation and authentication of electronic documents in the systems of remote banking of individuals (RBS of FL), including formation of the signature directly on the mobile device.

As a result of the analysis of proposals of domestic and global manufacturers of means of authentication and confirmation of documents which is carried out by bank a choice was made for benefit of the software package PayControl developed by the Russian company SafeTech. The selected solution is integrated in the FL RBS systems installed in bank – Internet bank and Mobile bank.

As a result of PayControl implementation the technology of confirmation of transactions is available to all users of the RBS system FL JSC Rosselkhozbank who installed and activated the application Mobile bank on the smartphone. One of features of system operation consists that the signature of transaction forms on the mobile device both in online, and in offline mode, and for confirmation of the made actions existence of cellular communication and Internet access from the smartphone is not required. Thus, PayControl reduces dependence of clients of bank on existence and quality of cellular communication at the time of performing transactions.
