On May 16, 2017 the Haulmont company announced system implementation of TEZIS in Vologzhanin bank.
Project Progress
Thanks to this module the scanned documents in the PDF, TIFF or PNG format are loaded into the THESIS system as investments, and then without participation of the user are transformed to a machine-readable format that gives further the chance of full-text search according to contents of such documents.
System implementation of electronic document management of TEZIS passed in two stages. The first stage made remote installation and initial setup of a system, training of the administrator and users took place.
The second stage included works on integration of the THESIS system with a CIPF "CryptoCom 3.3".
EDMS THESIS it is purchased and is used in more than in 10 Russian banks.
