Hamle implemented the localized version of ERP from Oracle

On May 16, 2017 the RBC Group company announced Kazakhstan project completion of localization of Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 in Hamle LLP.

Project Tasks

According to requirements of the customer, RBC Group rendered services of consulting in compliance of settings of a software package of ERP Oracle JD Edwards 9.2 to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and adaptation of settings and reports of a system to the business processes existing, configured for other factories of the company the Boor in ERP Oracle JDEdwards Enterprise One 9.2.

In the company the Boor it is used standard for all countries where the company, corporate solution on business process management of the enterprise on the basis of ERP Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 operates. For localization of a system to standards of accounting and tax accounting of the Republic of Kazakhstan and compliance of settings to the general architecture of global solution, invited RBC Group company.

Project Progress

Within the project basic processes taking into account requirements of the local legislation and features of the company the Boor are configured:

• cash desk,
• bank,
• sales,
• purchases,
• inventory management,
• settlings with debtors,
• settlings with creditors,
• Fixed assets,
• Tax forms.

More than 40 primary document forms and different reports are configured. For May 16, 2017 tasks of department of accounting are carried out in Oracle. Integration with settings of a system is executed.

Project Results

In this project the long-term experience accumulated by our company and knowledge of localization of financial systems for the foreign companies under requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan was implemented. As a result of our cooperation, the company the Boor managed to achieve necessary results: lower labor costs on processing of primary documentation, provide transparency and efficiency of reflection of primary data and to automate creation of accounting and tax statements based on corporate model of a system.
