Transmashholding (1C: Document Flow 8 CORP)

The project on implementation of the 1C: Document Flow software product in complex structure of geographically distributed engineering enterprise implemented by AXELOT company for Transmashholding Ltd.

Following the results 19 companies of holding were transferred to the new workflow system, 6,000 jobs are automated. As representatives of Transmashholding, despite scale and project duration note, in transition time any document was not lost.

The uniqueness of the project is that its basis was formed by the distributed model of an information network using the concept of a corporate prototype. In other words, at each enterprise of holding the version of the 1C: Document Flow CORP system is set, and its configurations are unified, but not standardized. Such approach allows to consider local features of the enterprises, at the same time all updates of configurations are performed on a centralized basis.

Automation helped Transmashholding Ltd to transfer all companies of holding to a single corporate platform - "1C:Enterprise 8". The customer received a new modern system which manages a set of the business processes connected with internal and external document flow.
