AVA – the digital assistant created based on supercomputer IBM Watson and using technologies artificial intelligence. The virtual agent can respond to the requests on more than 40 different client questions, at the same time the solution of each of them takes only several minutes. For example, she can quickly provide information on management of accounts, downloading and software updating, to send an activation code, etc. The main goal of implementation of the intellectual assistant for Autodesk – to automate a set of the repeating processes and by 2020 to create an effective combination of digital support and work of specialists. AVA replaced Otto, the pilot digital concierge who was used in client support of Autodesk earlier. It has an expanded set of opportunities and the improved response which allow to minimize efforts for obtaining information and to provide instant access to products. As of spring 20147 years of AVA processes about 20,000 requests every month.
