2018: Changes in elements of a management system for queue of NEURONIQ

On June 19, 2018 the company of Technology of the Future announced that in drugstores of Zhivik there took place renovation in connection with which changes were made to elements of a management system for queue of NEURONIQ.

The Technologies of the Future company began the cooperation with pharmacy chain in 2015. Since then the e-queue system equipped more than 20 drugstores in Moscow and the Moscow region. In an analysis result of statistical data and a feedback from clients which became possible, thanks to system implementation the management made the decision on need of carrying out renovation. Creation of the customer-oriented environment in trading floors, high-quality increase in the service level and comfort of visitors became its result. Within renovation the changes in interior design of drugstores directed to improvement of visibility of show-windows and elements of a management system for queue were made.

The good visibility of a board of cash desks and LCD screens of an electronic queue has special value for drugstores as among their clients there are many people of old age therefore placement of the equipment of management systems for queue in an interior is given great value.

2015-2017: Beginning of cooperation

With the project of drugstores Rigla of Zhivik cooperation was begun in 2015 and in 2017, the management came to a consensus that centralization of the local systems is a necessary condition for further successful development of network. The network integrates 20 drugstores. To realize this request, specialists of the contractor carried out work on setup of the central database and connection to it of the local systems. As a result at any time the management can create and print consolidated statement on all drugstores for a different time frame by any necessary parameters.
