1C-SIM - service of the electronic signature on specialized SIM cards.

The 1C-SIM is the personal tool of the electronic signature implemented on the SIM card with the EDS applet (preset by software). It is not tied to a workplace of the user and does not depend on presence at the computer of interfaces and connectors, compliance of drivers, software versions and the operating system.

For the owner of the mobile device it is an interaction method with the state and commercial information systems. The SIM card operates as a uniform identification user key and the means of communication — as a part of the smartphone.

MTT provides a mobile component of 1C-SIM. A mobile part of the project is implemented on the MTT Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) platform.

Service of electronic signature 1C-SIM allows use of keys of the electronic signature for the signature of any documents. For signing of the document to the user of rather mobile device with SIM card 1C-SIM and Internet access on the working computer.

Integration with InterBank RS

The company R-Style Softlab announced on October 5, 2017 agreement signature about cooperation with subsidiary company "1C" — "1C-SP". The parties agreed about integration of the mobile platform authentications and electronic signature 1C-SIM into the platform remote banking InterBank RS. In more detail here.

On May 19, 2017 JSC MTT and 1C-SP company announced start of the joint project of provision of services of the electronic signature (ES) on specialized SIM cards - 1C-SIM.
