1C: Regional accounting system and monitoring of a planned power supply

Product "1C: A regional accounting system and monitoring of a planned power supply" it is intended for creation of a regional management system for an organized collective power supply in education, medicine, social protection and other departments where observance and control of regulations of a power supply, nutritional and at cost is required.

The program contains settlement and information means for catering departments and also means of obtaining aggregated data for the manager of a regional supply system.

Main industry functionality of the program:

• Conducting primary accounting in catering departments of the subordinated organizations, with separation on areas of data (on technology 1C: Fresh);
• For each subordinated organization the industry specialization with the corresponding initial filling of data is specified;
• Obtaining summary reports (existence and movement of products; performance of contracts; number of eating; execution of regulations natural, on nutrients, at cost; price analysis and costs of product set, a price performance) on all subordinated organizations; codes are formed in a foreground mode, without requiring unloading and transport of data;
• Calculation of the detailed requirement plan in products in general on the region;
• Means for primary accounting of a power supply are functionally similar to configurations "to 1C: School power supply", "1C: Preschool power supply", "1C: Medicine. Dietary power supply", "1C: Plant of a planned power supply", including means of synchronization with 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8, 1C: Accounting 8, calculation, card files of dishes, standard menus, an inventory control, the order of products, etc.

Interaction:

• Exchange with configurations "Accounting department of public institution" (edition 2.0) and Enterprise accounting (edition 3.0);
• Compoundings of dishes, standard menus and other normative reference information (NRI) it is loaded in the Retsepturnik 3.0 format;
• Boot strap loading of data for transition from the previous versions of the program is provided;
• The configuration uses BSP 2.3.

Configuration "1C: The regional accounting system and monitoring of a planned power supply" is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.9.1818 for its work.

The configuration is protected by configuration means of protecting using hardware or program keys, licensing is performed on the maximum number of the subordinated organizations.
