2017: Launch of the Online Bid Support Service to ensure buyers in the auction for sale
On May 23, 2017, B2B-Center announced the launch of an online application support service.
Sales companies can set the amount of collateral for bidders - a fixed amount or a percentage of the initial price of the item. When submitting an application, the site will block the potential buyer's money on the account in the system, with this the bidder guarantees the seriousness of his intentions.
The site will unlock the auction winner's money after signing the contract or transfer it as an advance to the seller's account. The system will release the funds of other participants automatically after the end of the auction.
The service avoids the situation when the buyer sent a request, and then refused to conclude an agreement. As a last resort, the seller will offset the costs with collateral. Buyers will be confident that there will be no problems with the refund. The money is in the account in the system and is released automatically. Both sides received an online tool to resolve disputes on the marketplace. Alexey Degtyarev, CEO B2B-Center |
