Portal of Meetings

The software Portal of Meetings is included in May, 2017 in "The unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases" (The order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of 5/15/2017 No. 234, Application 1, No. of subparagraph 13, register No. 3541).

"The portal of Meetings" is developed by the joint-stock company VTB Registrar, registered by Federal Service for Intellectual Property (The certificate on state registration No. 2016661482 is granted 10/11/2016) and includes "Personal Account of the Shareholder (Shareholder)" and "Electronic Vote" services. At the end of 2016 VTB the Registrar embedded Electronic Vote service in mobile application Shareholder of VTB (for users of systems iOS and Android).

The presentation of Portal at the annual general meeting of shareholders of VTB Bank (public joint stock company) in 2016 received many positive estimates. At the extraordinary meetings of Bank held in December, 2016, about 70% which took part in shareholder meetings selected an electronic method of vote from the Portal of Meetings system.

On April 26, 2017 the Russia's first annual meeting of shareholders using electronic vote is held. The software developed by the registrar allowed shareholders of VTB bank to vote both during preparation, and during a meeting online, using the website of JSC VTB Registrator, mobile application Shareholder of VTB or terminals for vote. 54% which took part in shareholder meeting including the majority shareholder of Bank - Rosimushchestvo seized the opportunities of the new software.

The software developed by the registrar of Bank is unique as allows to vote to all shareholders, irrespective of the place of accounting of actions, even before providing information on them to the registrar. For identification in a system it is enough to be registered on the website of JSC VTB Registrator or to use the account on the portal of Public services (Unified identification and authentication system).

Thanks to the multifunctionality the new software is applicable not only at shareholder meetings. When electing Consulting shareholder council of VTB Bank (public joint stock company) as service of "Electronic vote" more than 60% of the shareholders who took part in vote used spring of 2017.
