Intelligent safe

The joint holding "Ruselectronics" (enters into State Corporation Rostec) in May, 2017 provided storage system with biometric access control. The "intelligent" safe for especially important values provides two-level access control by reading of a three-dimensional image of a human face and an iris of the eye of an eye.

The camera which identifies the personality and removes two biometric parameters is built in storage system: quasi 3D image of the person and iris of the eye of an eye. It provides high degree of security of access unlike usual means of identification, for example, of fingerprints which are easy for forging. Besides, the safe is convenient in use: it is not necessary to remember number of a cell, to carry a card or the paper coupon. After identification of the owner a system automatically opens a necessary cell. On recognition of biometric data no more than 3-5 seconds are required

The range of application of a system is wide: automatic left-luggage offices at stations and the airports, mailboxes in apartment houses, automatic post offices, safety-deposit deposit boxes. Besides, the solution is especially relevant for law enforcement agencies and departments where it is required to provide highly reliable storage of weapons.

The left-luggage office includes function of remote control and management on a local network via the personal computer. In the long term use for these purposes of the smartphone and even the smartwatch will become possible. A system is reliable, it has high degree of autonomy of work and requires the minimum housekeeping overheads.

As a part of integrated Ruselectronics by system development NPO Impulse is engaged. The prototype already passed tests and proved the efficiency. The configuration of a left-luggage office and degree of security can be changed according to requirements of the customer. In need of a system it is possible to set additional security video surveillance and signaling. At the moment a system is implemented on NPO Impulse: it is set at an input to the regime premises and is used for storage of mobile phones.
