The MIAC of the Republic of Buryatia started the portal of registration of the population in health facilities of the region

On May 25, 2017 the Netrika company announced start of the portal of registration for appointment and a personal account of the patient using Unified identification and authentication system technology by request MIAC of the Republic of Buryatia.

Project Tasks

Several portals of making an appointment with the doctor worked in the region: the patient had to use this or that service, in dependence of the implemented MIS in the accepting health facilities. With the organization of the regional portal record to the doctor through a single window with authorization in a Unified identification and authentication system became available to residents of Buryatia. As a pilot project the recording capability in Republican clinical hospital of Semashko by attending physicians from GBUZ City Clinic No. 1 of the city of Ulan-Ude is implemented.

Project Results

Within development of a regional Uniform State Health Information System segment the portal of making an appointment with the doctor and a personal account of the patient with an input through the Unified identification and authentication system is created. Patients can register to district doctors and specialists on the registratura03.ru portal, to study the schedule of acceptance of doctors, if necessary to cancel record in a personal account.

Service of making an appointment with the doctor became a single window for all patients in the republic. In it there is an undoubted advantage not only for patients, but also for doctors, and for the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Buryatia. The uniform resource allowed to standardize the procedure of making an appointment and also to implement an opportunity to use an account of the uniform portal of state services for logging into the personal account of the portal of self-record. An opportunity for the Ministry of Health of the Republic of formation of analytical reports for tracking of extent of loading of our medical institutions and efficiency of use of prerecording by them on appointment is implemented. Further we are going to give an opportunity to write patients in Republican clinical hospital of Semashko to attending physicians of all medical organizations of the region. Service 'N3. Record to the doctor', implemented in Buryatia, allows to connect all electronic registries of the region. In a personal account patients can not only look at all the records and if necessary independently cancel them, but also check attachment to section, and even to file a complaint to medical care and to receive on it the answer.
