Management accounting in the company is implemented based on the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Till April, 2010 accounting and tax accounting was conducted by forces of the company. For the organization of accounting and tax accounting different approaches were selected - it is also setup of the Dynamics NAV system with accomplishment of a part of calculations in Excel, and partial use of the 1C: Accounting program with manual entry of information. In 2009 the company management made the decision to completely transfer problems of accounting and tax accounting to the 1C: Accounting program, and the Dynamics NAV system to use for management accounting. At the same time to transfer data from the NAV system to 1C automatically.
