Mindortrans of the Moscow region ordered the project of upgrade of the navigation and information system

On May 25, 2017 the press service "T-1 Group" announced participation of the company in the project of improvement regional navigation and information the systems of the Moscow region. Initiator of the project Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure of the Moscow region.

Project Tasks

Stated purposes of upgrade - increase in effective management of the movement of vehicles and implementation of control and supervising powers in a transport complex, by means of the organization of uniform navigation information space in the territory of the region.

Upgrade of a system will help to control work of regional passenger transport using the automation equipment. The movement of school buses, special transport of municipal services, vehicles in transit of especially dangerous and large-size loads is taken under control.

The round-the-clock monitoring and operational collection of information will give to area an opportunity to make efficient management decisions, on the basis of data retrieveds on violations in the field of passenger traffic, observance of a route, the diagram and the high-speed mode of the movement.

The work on creation of uniform information base is going to be completed by the end of 2017. A system provides the functionality intended for government, business users and citizens.

On the specialized website or in mobile application service for passengers which will help to obtain information on arrival time of land passenger transport and changes of routes of the movement will be organized. Citizens can use function of public control of quality of transport services.

The regional navigation and information system is designed to ensure safety of functioning of a transport complex of the Moscow region that will allow to increase its cost efficiency. The program represents a certain uniform access point to information using which we will be able to exercise quality control of the provided transport services in the territory of the region.
