The Russian airline "Aeroflot" intends to get a software package of intellectual diagnostics and the forecast of technical condition of nodes and units of the park of the aircrafts using methodologies and tools of Big Data. Within research and development according to the results of last tender the Datadvans company will begin to perform a prototype of this complex. At the starting price of the contract the agreement with it will be signed in one million p47.2 on one million p46.8. The term of carrying out Research and Development is limited on November 1, 2017.
To the winner at tender "Volgablob", "unsuccessfully tried to compete with KPMG taxes and consultation", "The experimental workshop Naukasoft", Norsi Trance, scientific and technological center "Poisk-IT", "Svyaz-trans.m", EU-leasing, Aerotitan, Clover Group[1].
The expert in the field of Big Data in a conversation with CNews called this tender the first in Russia so serious competitive procedure concerning area of predictive maintenance (Predicitive Maintanance). "It is supposed to involve the most modern methods and mathematical models on work with data in research and development — he explains. — From participants not only theoretical experiment on creation of analysis algorithms of data, machine learning and multiple parameter multicriteria optimization, but also practical experience on development and successful implementation of computer models in this sphere was required".
According to the expert selected based on tender of the company it is necessary to perform the analysis of multidimensional data of large volume, to develop predictive mathematical models, and in case of need — to develop specialized mathematical methods for the analysis of the operational data of the fleet of aircrafts which are available in Aeroflot. "As input parameters the digitized data from information systems of Aeroflot concerning work of different nodes and units of aircrafts, flight information and so forth will be used".
