MMK and 1C signed the general agreement

For further improvement of quality of management of Group of the enterprises by the management of MMK of spring of 2017 the decision on transition on "1C was made : Corporation" – a complex of software products of 1C of new generation, including the flagman solution "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2". In a number of the enterprises of MMK (Mechanorepair complex, Remput) this transition started in 2017, and on "MMK Coal" it approaches end. In total using 1C:ERP and other solutions of new generation it is going to automate more than 3000 jobs.

Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works and 1C Company signed in May, 2017 the general agreement about cooperation which provides expansion of interaction of the companies in the field of automation of activity of the Group of MMK integrating more than 60 different organizations. It will promote further improvement of information systems of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works on the 1C: Enterprise platform according to the Strategy of development for information technologies of Group.

The general agreement provides additional support of MMK from vendor in a transient period. Exchange of experience and project solutions on implementation of software products of 1C in metallurgy and mining, the combined actions directed to improvement and promotion of programs of 1C and techniques of their implementation is planned.

The competence center of 1C in structure MMP-Informservice (IT integrator of Group of MMK) implemented solutions" [1C:Enterprise 8.3 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8]", 1C: Accounting CORP, 1C: Trade Management 11, etc. which in general covered more than two thousand jobs. MMP-Informservice unrolled specialized data center on the platform and created the hardware and software system which allowed to organize the centralized access to information systems.
