The management of Plant of Sintanol LLC understands that without use of a modern automated system of accounting and management not perhaps sustainable development. Until recently in the company the 1C system functioned: Management of manufacturing enterprise (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management) which covered all main business processes. With entry into the market of 1C:ERP top managers of the plant began thorough investigation with opportunities of the innovation software product. With it they were helped by the numerous seminars, webinars held by 1C Company: April Software.
In the fall of 2015 the decision on transition to 1C:ERP as this system has wide functionality (especially regarding production accounting) was made and gives to company management absolutely new abilities to manage. As the partner 1C Company was selected: April Software, taking the leading positions in rating 1C: ERP Centers in Russia. The choice of the partner was influenced also by successful experience of joint work of Plant of Sintanol LLC and 1C: April Software on implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management.
Implementation of 1C:ERP began with blocks regulated (accounting and tax) accounting. Further the following priority of implementation is planned:

The following works on implementation of 1C:ERP are performed:
- requirements of the customer to an accounting system are recorded and analyzed
- requirements to adaptation are created
- primary tunings of the program allowing to begin accounting are performed
- the help when entering opening balances is rendered
- large-scale training at jobs of the Customer which allowed employees to master program capabilities of 1C:ERP is provided. Entered a framework of training:
- 1. Accounting and tax accounting (all sections)
- 2. Payroll calculation and personnel records, questions of creation of reserves on compensation
- 3. Block sales, including:
- The organization of effective sales using new program capabilities
- Use of concepts partners/clients in a system

At the end of 2015 the staff of Plant of Sintanol LLC began work in 1C:ERP. A system is installed at the enterprise on 150 jobs.
As a result of use of 1C:ERP in the company the quality of both managerial, and regulated accounting considerably increased. Main innovations of the solution and development of functionality mentioned by users of 1C:ERP:
