The April Software company carried out system implementation Budgeting based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" to Agency of Legal Information LLC, the press service of integrator reported.

In the summer of 2006 at the enterprise the decision on automation of budget management is made. The purpose of automation was the possibility of the analysis of activity of the company, on the basis of information obtained from a system and operational decision making.

Goal

  • automation of budget management.

Main objectives

  • development of conceptual design of an automated system;
  • development of regulations of document flow using a system;
  • development and deployment of organizational procedures;
  • personnel training.

As the partner the Aprel Soft LLC company as the company leading in the Nizhny Novgorod region on automation based on software products of 1C is selected.

In September, 2006 the project on implementation of a subsystem Budgeting of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8 is begun. Management of manufacturing enterprise", built in software "1C: Accounting 8". Works were carried out on project technology by April Software company.

Work on the project consisted of the next stages:

  • Stage 1. Design of a system;
  • Stage 2. Preparation for trial operation;
  • Stage 3. Trial operation;
  • Stage 4. Input in commercial operation, post-starting maintenance.


Stage 1: Design of a system. Detailed inspection for drawing up schemes of business process automation:

  • the detailed description of business processes, detection of discrepancies of business processes of the enterprise of the Customer and the algorithms implemented in the program, development (preliminary) of rules of work.
  • creation of the document "Sheet of Discrepancies" in which rejections of requirements to the implemented system from opportunities of a standard configuration and a way of elimination are reflected.
  • preparation of "Conceptual design" of a system (the developed scheme of business process automation), study of necessary changes in a system.

Stage 2: Preparation for trial operation:

  • preparation of terms of reference on completion of a system;
  • configuring of a system, testing;
  • setup of initial operation parameters of a system;
  • user training.

Stage 3: Trial operation:

  • operation without presence of the specialist (consultation on phone or e-mail);
  • consideration of the arisen problems, analysis of errors;
  • preparation of the report on results of trial operation, elimination of the revealed discrepancies.

Stage 4: Commissioning:

  • beginning of operation of a system;
  • maintenance.

In March, 2007 the main works were completed. Training of employees was provided, user rights for a subsystem Budgeting are developed and configured and also consulting services in creation of budgets of the enterprise and obtaining the plan-fact analysis are rendered. As a result of implementation at the enterprise the budget of cash flow and the income and expenditure budget are developed.

15 jobs are automated. The "client-server" version of a product is used.
