Problems of execution of processes

  • Misunderstanding by contractors of a target end product of processes where they participate.
  • At adaptation of new workers it is difficult to provide unity of understanding and fast assimilation of information. We depend on talent of the mentor.
  • Problems of transfer of function between contractors (holidays and hospital and staff movements slow down work).
  • Contractors have an opportunity to improvise performed by functions. Usually it causes problems and losses. In case of successful improvisation the effect is not fixed as the new standard and does not extend to other contractors.
