The company management made the decision on automation of the main guidance loops by the enterprise based on the ERP software product of a class - "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise".

Project Objectives:

• Development and deployment of the information accounting system for ensuring functioning of accounting divisions of the Customer.
• Creation of a basis for the uniform information accounting system of holding.

Project implementation terms:

• Beginning of works -October, 2006.
• Input in commercial operation -February, 2007.

Based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" were automated:

• 1. Accounting
• 2. Financial and economic department
• 3. Department of logistics
• 4. Sales office

Subsystems in the following structure are implemented:

• 1. Accounting and tax accounting
• 2. Personnel management
• 3. Sales management
• 4. Purchase management
• 5. Inventory management
• 6. Production management
• 7. Cost management and cost accounting
• 8. Block of analytical reports

In total 21 workplaces are automated.

Works on the project were conducted by specialists of Konstantana LLC together with IT service of our company. The Konstanta company was responsible for modeling of the accounting system, development of Technical specifications and the general management with the project.

The project technology of execution of works used by Konstanta company allowed to achieve effective objectives and to implement the tasks set for them. The project was executed at the scheduled time and within the approved budget.

From effects of implementation of this project it is possible to select the following:

• Functioning of divisions of an accounting and operational circuit of accounting in the unified information system is ensured.
• Tools for accounting according to the current requirements of management accounting and the legislation are created.
