Creation of DPC by forces of "turnkey" SONET company, including construction works indoors.

The first stage of the complex project is completed: creation in the Command Center Systems (CCS) of corporate DPC of the increased capacity and the increased fault tolerance. Large-scale reconstruction of engineering infrastructure and data network with reservation of systems is carried out. The second stage of works is planned for 2017.
