Implementation of the platform for automation of administrative processes
The Cinimex company announced on October 31, 2017 that it within the strategy of transformation of IT architecture of Rosbank developed and implemented the platform intended for automation of all internal administrative processes of the organization. The platform is aimed at process optimization, satisfactions of employees and reduction of time expenditure on the solution of administrative tasks.
Project Tasks
This project is an important stage in development of business architecture of bank and, first of all, is directed to increase in transparency of internal processes, increase in efficiency of their accomplishment and satisfaction of internal clients. For us it is also transition to the new level of management of transversal processes and the next step to creation of culture of internal services — Elena Bronnikova, the director of changes of Rosbank told. |
Project Progress
In the pilot mode processes of a design of business trips are automated. In Business trips independent creation of the request by the sent employee or secretary with automatic filling of a set of parameters became possible. The different scenarios of passing on process depending on such parameters as a position, cost amounts, types of business trips, etc. are implemented. Different process steps are automated: a prebuking, creation of the order/memo on issue of advance payment and others. In the nearest future scaling of the solution is planned for all bank.
Based on this platform process automation the contract management and its integration with other systems of bank is also carried out.
Automation of all internal processes is quite atypical and ambitious task for any company, in particular, for large. Implementation of this project was conducted in close cooperation with colleagues from Rosbank. The main complexity when working was that along with creation of a basis of a platform and technology framework of a system it was necessary to formalize business processes to the status suitable for automation — Ilya Friedman, the director of business development of Cinimex company told. |
Solutions at the heart of the platform
The platform was implemented on the basis of a stack of Open Source of technologies, key of which – Activiti BPM, Angular JS, Spring Framework and PostgreSQL.
Objectives
Among priority plans for development of the platform there is a business process automation on processing of customer appeals, issue and work with powers and many others.
Creation of the integration platform based on IBM Integration Bus
The Cinimex company in cooperation with Rosbank completed in April, 2017 the project on creation of a single integration platform of bank based on the IBM Integration Bus 9 platform. Due to implementation of the strategic plan of changes in Rosbank the tasks of formation of uniform approach to integration for the purpose of minimization of costs for development of new services and connection of the new systems were set for the IT block of bank.
During the project it was necessary to lay the fundamental architectural and technology foundation for implementation of an integration layer in a landscape of bank and also to implement the reliable functional core capable to provide stable expansion of the list of the integrated systems further. For implementation of these tasks as the platform it was selected by software of IBM Integration Bus 9, having an optimal set of characteristics for creation of corporate solutions of high reliability and any level of complexity. As the contractor on execution of works on the project the Cinimex company locating extensive examination in the development areas and implementing solutions based on software products of IBM acted.
"Creation of the corporate service bus on the IBM Integration Bus 9 platform in itself is not an innovation, however projects with implementation of the solution "from scratch" meet now quite seldom, – Friedman Ilya, the Development director of Cinimex company says. – The model of three-level architecture – a facade, canonical service and service of access is the cornerstone of corporate solution. Use of such approach allows "untie" one system from another, having simplified, thereby, connection and disconnection of systems from the bus. Each separate service has the "canonical" model of a call that allows to pereispolzovat as fast as possible it within different business processes or composite services".
In the project progress reuse of the code was applied that allowed to develop further multiple device adapters in the shortest possible time. Besides, specialists of "Cinimex" in cooperation with bank designed and developed the universal module of conversion of messages which allows to execute preparation practically of any mapping based on XSLT, without language skills of Java and ESQL. In need of implementation of the difficult transformations which are not supported in XSLT transformed on XSLT the message it will be in addition processed in Java processor.
"Rosbank is focused on increase in efficiency of business processes and quality of the services provided to our clients, including thanks to automation of operational processes and start of modern technologies and services, – the board member – the CIO of Rosbank Sotin Denis notes. – Implementation of the corporate service bus allowed us to standardize approaches to integration, having optimized, thereby, "the ownership cost" of IT resources and further costs for support and development of systems".
About 20 systems and 50 services are connected to the bus, within the next year integration works within projects on implementation of the new remote servicing system and the solution for the automated exchange of documents with clients are planned.
