EAE-Consult will create a single system on 1C:ERP for LUKOIL-Trans

The St. Petersburg Territorial production Department (TPD) EAE-Consult started design of the unified information system unifying accounting processes of LUKOIL-Trans LLC and the societies managed by it with opportunities more flexibly to tune up accounting on processes, specific to the separate enterprises.

At the heart of a new solution the standard product "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" will be used. It is intended for creation of complex information management systems by activity, provides transparency of business processes and efficiency evaluation of activity of the enterprise, its separate divisions, personnel.

Examination of a current status of information systems and their interrelations with others is conducted, requirements to a new system are collected and formalized, its concept is defined. Based on inspection the enlarged technical specifications containing functional requirements to each block of a system are created.

In uniform information base it will be possible to conduct managerial and regulated (accounting and tax) accounting of several organizations. The solution provides accurate access isolation of employees to information depending on their status.

A system which employees design EAE-Consult will allow to integrate all fields of activity of the enterprise into a uniform information model of data and processes that will lead to resource optimization of specific divisions LUKOIL-Trans and services separately and thereof — and all enterprise in general.

Feature of this system, except complexity of solvable tasks, is more available cost in comparison with foreign analogs, flexibility and regularity of change in connection with changes of the legislation, noted in the company.

As a result of project implementation LUKOIL-Trans will receive the modern flexible information system with automation of all business processes within a common information space which is completely meeting all requirements of the customer that will allow to increase reliability of management of cargo transportation considerably.
