The iDSystems company during the second stage of a pilot project of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications and NSFR automated in Home Credit Bank (Home Credit and Finance Bank LLC) interaction on obtaining data from RPF through SIEI.
In the Pilot very attractive idea of obtaining legally significant data on labor employment and income of individuals which are available when obtaining the statement about a status of the individual personal account of the insured person from the RPF service of Russia published in SIEI now is implemented.
That the bank received these data, the consent of the individual which is expressed in sending response SMS of the code for the message of such type is required: "The bank prepared for you the draft copy of the application for service "Obtaining data on a status of the individual personal account". To confirm the order of service and to send copies of result to Bank, send response SMS to four-digit number Gosuslug with the text "Yes" and the code such". Details — in a personal account of Gosuslug", or in confirmation by the natural person of the corresponding request in a personal account on the Uniform Gosuslug Portal (EPGU) or in mobile application of "Gosuslugi".
After receiving consent from the owner of data, the statement from RPF in the form of machine-readable XML document and also in the form of the file in the PDF format is brought to the Service of Home Credit Bank for acceptance of results of accomplishment of the public and municipal services registered in SIEI and developed by iDSystems company. On the delivered data the electronic signature of RPF of Russia therefore they have the guaranteed legal importance is imposed.
Further these data can be available both via the visual system interface of "idbank", and via the open program interface in any other information systems of bank.
The mechanism of obtaining the statement of RPF can work only if the individual has the confirmed registration for EPGU. For service of users of EPGU there is also a solution of iDSystems!
In the course of integration through joint efforts of employees of the bank Home Credit and the iDSystems commands the methodological and technology issues characteristic of pilot projects were revealed, specified and resolved. Works were built so that the bank possessed the complete information about the purposes, tasks, changes and the course of accomplishment of all stages which coordination of accomplishment was provided with the Working group of NSFR on electronic state services including representatives and Home Credit Bank, and iDSystems
Joint efforts carried out works on the publication and testing of the solution both in test, and in productive circuits SIEI. And as a result the Home Credit Bank became the first large retail bank who according to new regulations and procedures provided an opportunity for obtaining data from RPF.
