In KhMAO RUSGIS will be unrolled

The Rostelecom company at the beginning of 2017 for Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug provided the Single RUSGIS geoinfrrmatsionny platform. The uniform geographic information system of the region can act as the national geoanalytical platform for industry solutions, geoservices and data. The program and technology complex allows to collect, to group and analyze data from different sources, gives an opportunity to perform interdepartmental interaction in the part concerning geodata and geoservices.

"Based on our platform geographic information systems in spheres are implemented: land and property relations, forestry, road economy, agriculture, oil and gas complex, telecommunications and others. The RUSGIS platform can be used for the solution of complex problems of monitoring of the territories connected with collecting, storage and processing of large volumes of data. We are ready to provide full-fledged IT solution on resource management for the region or the company of any scale" — Dmitry Lukoshkov, the director of the Khanty-Mansi branch of Rostelecom said.

The software providing functions of the geoportal, integration with external information systems, the mobile client, services of geocoding, the order of remote sensing of the earth, a subsystem of analytics of space data is a part of the RUSGIS platform. In a cloud service of "RUSGIS" the vector map of the Russian Federation and a covering of all territory of Russia satellite images are available.

The RUSGIS platform is developed by Rostelecom company on the basis of the open source and included in the register of "The Russian programs for electronic computers and databases". A system is constantly modified and optimized, noted in Rostelecom. One of the last developments is creation of the module "Property Complex" which is directed to identification of the real estate which is not involved in tax turnover by the analysis of discrepancies of data of the inventory of the real estate, the register of the rights and data on the taxation objects and FTS.
